On Saturday, July 16, 2005, the Men of Honor Bass Club held their first ever tournament at Mozingo Lake. Eight boats showed up at the ramp and braved the heat on a hot summer day. Mozingo Lake lived up to its reputation. All eight boats weighed in fish. A total of 24 bass were caught weighing 57.08 pounds. Congratulations to Jim Wyatt and Joe Wiley on their first place catch. The return of Team Hunt was successful in securing second place. Big Bass honors went to Jim Wyatt.
